Leonie Wolff, Holistic RN, Integrative Nurse Coach, Oregon Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator, Colorado Licensed Natural Medicine Facilitator:

Leonie has developed and offered retreats, experiential learning and professional education for over 35 years. She facilitates from her Heart and Wisdom with a warm presence, insight developed through experience and a clear passion for being alive.

As a child her love of being with the forest, rivers, ocean and sleeping under the night sky, led her as a young woman to immerse herself into earth-based spirituality. She studied with some of the great teachers of that time. From this fertile ground grew the roots of her love to gather people in circle.

She began her role as a health educator in the early 80’s offering classes to prepare women and their partners for childbirth. This reflected her love of assisting women and their families through the powerful experience of birth and new parenting.

A Registered Nurse since 1986, She continues to offer her knowledge and support for women, new families and her peers as an RN Lead at a hospital birth center.

In the 90’s Leonie was seeking a deeper expression of the art & science of nursing. This led her to a 3 year, comprehensive program in Holistic Nursing offered by Seeds & Bridges. She has continued her study and exploration of holistic/integrative health and wellness ever since. In 2015 Leonie graduated from the national board certified program: The Integrative Nurse Coaching Program. Which blends integrative health, holistic nursing and life coaching.

In the mid 90’s she began extensive study of ayurveda, mantra meditation and the 8 limbs of yoga. She offered this knowledge as stand alone programs and also weaves this ancient wisdom into other offerings.

Leonie has developed and facilitated programs and retreats for over 30 years in a variety of locations including Hawai’i and in being faculty at  Harmony Hill Retreat Center in Washington State,  Breitenbush Hot Springs in Oregon and with The Pink Lemonade Project at Menucha in The Columbia River Gorge.

For 20 years, Leonie has developed and facilitated retreats and support groups for people living with cancer and their loved ones in a variety of locations. She trains and mentors new facilitators for these programs. She is also a past volunteer Administrative Director working in India for PINCC (Prevention International No Cervical Cancer).

For 15 years Leonie developed and facilitated retreats and professional education for healthcare professionals in a variety of locations and forms. ‘ReAwakening The Heart of Nursing’ and 'Embracing The Wisdom of Nursing', was attended by hundreds of health professionals who experienced this unique approach of shifting their relationship with this often difficult work. She also trained and mentored facilitators for these programs.

Tending her Beloved husband Joe through last breath at home was the most profound and difficult experience of her lifetime and this has informed her Way of Being ever since. She created and for 8 years offered: 'Passionate Sadness; Living through and thriving beyond the death of your life partner’. Sitting in circle with others on this deeply life-altering path, inspired and informed Leonie as she began to explore and develop a unique approach to grief, loss and facing the difficult paths: The Way Within

As an expression of creativity and community, at Burning Man, Leonie is a Black Rock Ranger and is a mentor for new Rangers.

In 2023 Leonie graduated from a comprehensive study program with InnerTrek to become a psilocybin facilitator within Oregon's legal framework. She became an Oregon Licensed Psilocybin Facilitator in March, 2024 and a Colorado Licensed Natural Medicine Facilitator in August 2025.

In February 2024 Leonie became affiliated with Reconsider as a co-host for their nurse retreats that are held in The Hudson Valley of New York. These retreats are to support community, research and education around psychedelics and nursing

From Leonie…

We do not receive degrees or certifications for life experience.

And as I enter my Wise Woman Elder years, I know this:

Holding my beloved husband as he took his last breath in our home, dying from cancer…

Doing CPR on my father on my parents’ kitchen floor, knowing in my Heart that he was gone even as my highly trained mind went into action…

Tending my mother as she declined into Alzheimer’s, watching her brain disintegrate while her Spirit fought back…

Taught me about overwhelming grief.

Sitting in circle with people living with cancer…

Those moving through profound grief…

Struggling health professionals…

And being present with thousands of women as they birthed their babies…

Taught me about facing and moving through… The difficult paths.

Working in a hospital through the COVID-19 global pandemic…

Showed me the courage, pain and resiliency of the people who choose to work in healthcare.

Traveling the Earth, walking diverse paths, and looking into the eyes of people from many cultures…

Taught me that the deepest yearnings of our Hearts are the same.

Walking—and at times crawling—my own Journey through

The Way Within and The Three PathWays of Grief.

Taught me how to be fully alive… NOW.

The Wisdom I Carry

The central wisdom I have gained from all of my experience and study is this:

I know the remarkable potential and resiliency of the human Heart & Spirit.

For almost 40 years, I have been present with tens of thousands of people as they face the many expressions of being alive—from deep pain and fear to profound insight, connection, and joy.

I know your capacity to face… To move through… And to lean into what you seek…

The timeline of experience outlined above is only a small part of my story. What I do know is that, even after all of my experience, I do not have your answers. I do not yet even know your questions.

And that is not a limitation… It is an invitation.

Because there are threads that weave through every human life:

pain, love, difficulty, yearning, loss, courage, tenderness, delight.

What I Offer…

I am a facilitator.

I can Ease-Your-Way.

I can Be-With you.

I can invite your vulnerability to be witnessed without judgment.

I can walk beside you as you discover and cultivate your own resiliency.

I can be present with you as you listen more deeply for what you already know.

And perhaps, together, we can create enough space for what is waiting within you to emerge.

To seek the voice of your own inherent Wisdom...

To remember the sacred rhythm of your own magnificent HeartBeat.

I invite you to take a walk with me… Lets go exploring!
